42-76 Hunter Street is a 10-story residential development where Dextall partnered with MY ARCHITECT PC and JLS Group Construction to deliver a high-performance façade.
Utilizing DWALL 1500 panels with 3mm aluminum cladding, the project achieves an R-16.9 thermal rating while integrating balcony areas seamlessly. With 503 panels installed in under 30 working days, the project demonstrates the efficiency and quality of prefabricated façade systems.
