DEXTALL'S SOLUTION
The façade features Dextall’s prefabricated walls that provide optimal performance and eliminates the need for maintenance for decades. The prefab walls incorporate high-performance windows, and balcony doors which allow access to outdoor terraces. Dextall’s prefab systems allowing for installation from the interior of the building served valuable as this jobsite is in a high traffic area and allows for limited access.

In order to accommodate the mechanical system designed for the building, Dextall’s panels were engineered to allow for thru-wall vents and exterior louvers.
