Dextall is delivering design engineering and supply for the full DWALL 1500 prefabricated wall system, featuring:
- Porcelanosa porcelain cladding (a first for Dextall)
- Aluminum windows
- Custom extruded aluminum bullnoses
- Additional loose fiber cement cladding and windows
This project is guided by strict energy performance targets, with oversight from SOCOTEC, the envelope consultant. Dextall’s DWALL panels achieve an R-16.9 thermal rating, contributing significantly to the tower’s energy goals.
Located between Park and Madison Avenues, the site presents significant logistical challenges due to its dense surroundings. Prefabrication enabled Dextall to overcome site limitations, minimizing disruption and ensuring streamlined delivery and installation.

Reviving a Historic Parcel
This development replaces a stretch of low-rise residential buildings and the partially standing Metropolitan Synagogue, transforming the block into a vibrant vertical living space with 177,328 total SF—including 1,978 SF of community space and 17 enclosed parking spaces.
