860 Concourse Village East: 100,000 SF of modular Facade for a 19 Story Bronx Tower
860 Concourse Village East, West Tower is a new 19 story mixed use development in the South Bronx, near Yankee Stadium. Dextall is delivering nearly 100,000 SF of prefabricated facade, made up of approximately 1,500 D Wall 1500 panels across floors 3 through the roof. The panels feature aluminum cladding and factory installed Intus SUPERA 83 uPVC windows.

The first two floors will include a community Health Hub with outpatient clinics and supportive housing offices.
The facade is designed for strong thermal, air, water, and structural performance, including:
• R 16.9 panel performance
• Approximately 25% window to wall ratio
• 0.06 cfm/SF air infiltration target
• Water resistance testing to 12 psf
• Design wind pressures up to approximately +32 / −46 psf
• AW 50 window performance
• Bird friendly glazing across the lower 75 ft
• Compliance with the 2020 NYC Energy Conservation Code
A 4 panel, approximately 235 SF performance mock up is part of the testing program.
Panel fabrication is planned from approximately October 2026 through April 2027, with the first panels expected on site by the end of 2026. Installation is scheduled to continue through approximately July 2027.
