The factory installed exterior cladding consists of durable and resilient thin-brick combined with powder coat painted aluminum composite material which require no maintenance. The factory installed windows are commercially rated, offer exceptional thermal performance, include bird friendly glazing and a maintenance-free finish. Terraces can be accessed by way of ADA accessible balcony doors.
