Installation Begins at 1240 Bedford Avenue – A Groundbreaking Step Forward
We’re thrilled to announce that the installation of Dextall panels has officially begun at 1240 Bedford Avenue in Brooklyn! This marks a major milestone in the transformation of NYC’s inaugural prefab-overclad affordable housing retrofit. What was once just a concept is now a tangible reality as we take the first steps toward delivering faster, more efficient, and sustainable building upgrades.
