Urban Luxury in Layers

The PrefaA High-Rise Façade Inspired by New York Livingb Elegance
of the Waterfront Hotel

Set within a vibrant, greenery-filled New York summer setting, this 20-story mixed-use tower explores how luxury residential architecture can harmonize complexity, elegance, and urban energy. Designed with a blend of glazing, stone, corrugated cladding, and refined balcony detailing, the project reflects the rhythm of city life while maintaining a cohesive and sophisticated façade identity.

The building is primarily conceived as a high-end residential tower, with the first four floors dedicated to commercial and community spaces, activating the street and strengthening its connection to the surrounding urban environment.

The concept centers on the idea of layered luxury. Stone surfaces provide timeless solidity, while corrugated elements introduce texture, movement, and contemporary depth. Modern balconies, inspired by jewelry-like detailing, add a refined architectural accent—subtle golden touches across the façade elevate the building without overwhelming its composition.

This diverse material strategy demonstrates Dextall’s ability to integrate multiple cladding systems within one unified prefab design, maintaining visual coherence while allowing each façade zone to express a distinct function and character.

Material & Façade Expression

This project showcases how varied façade systems can coexist within a single architectural language. The contrast between smooth glazing, textured corrugation, and grounded stone creates visual richness while remaining elegant and controlled.

The façade transitions vertically—commercial solidity at the base, refined residential rhythm above—demonstrating how prefab design can support program-driven architectural storytelling.

This concept illustrates how Dextall’s prefab systems and design software enable architects to confidently execute complex, high-rise, multi-material façades in dense urban environments—turning ambitious luxury visions into buildable, coordinated reality.

Positioned within a lively city context and complemented by rooftop greenery, the tower balances density with softness. The green roofs echo the surrounding landscape, creating a seamless dialogue between architecture, nature, and the city skyline.
