Inspired by the work of Lever Architects, our design team reimagined the project using Dextall prefab panels and software. The goal: to show how a single building can take on entirely different lives depending on the cladding system chosen.
With Dextall, architects aren’t bound by a single path—the same structure can shift from luxury to modest, from residential to commercial, simply through smart material choices and design flexibility.
Hotel Elegance
Cosentino stone paired with metallic gold-coated aluminum elevates the façade into a statement of luxury. Here, the building becomes a destination—a striking urban hotel designed to impress at first glance.
Residential Warmth
Switching to fiber cement and colored ACM transforms the same structure into a welcoming residential apartment block. The design feels modern yet approachable, showing how thoughtful panel systems can deliver comfort and community at scale.
Commercial Energy
By borrowing the metallic tones of the original architect’s vision, the building evolves again—this time into a sleek commercial office property. The clean aluminum finish conveys efficiency, progress, and a dynamic workplace environment.
