A Modern Take on New York’s Architectural Legacy
Set on a lively New York corner surrounded by cafés and daily city life, this 15-story mixed-use building brings together residential, hotel, and commercial functions within a single, cohesive architectural vision. Inspired by historic urban fabric, the design blends brick, stone, glazing, and perforated aluminum to create a façade that feels both familiar and forward-looking.
This project explores the balance between tradition and innovation. Brick and stone elements reference the timeless character of New York’s historic buildings, while perforated aluminum panels and geometric cladding introduce a modern layer of depth and precision.

Material & Façade Expression
The contrast between white stone (Zeus + Lunar), red stone (Umber), and grey/brown brick creates a rich and layered material palette. Dark bronze windows and deep-toned aluminum elements (RAL 8019) anchor the composition, adding depth and refinement.
Perforated aluminum introduces lightness and rhythm, bridging the gap between historic solidity and contemporary expression—demonstrating how diverse materials can coexist within a single prefab-driven façade system.
