Curves in Control

A Parametric Office Tower
Defined by Precision

Set within a vibrant urban park, this 16-story office and commercial building challenges conventional façade design through fluid geometry and parametric precision. With its rounded, wavy form and expressive aluminum envelope, the project stands out as a bold statement—yet remains fully grounded in buildable prefab logic.

Designed as a high-end office tower with an activated commercial base, the building balances complexity with clarity, proving that even the most unconventional forms can be realized efficiently.

Building type:
Office Tower
Building size:
16 floors
Design feature:
Shadowbox, Perforated, Corrugated

Originally developed as a Kora software case study, this project pushed the limits of what prefab panels can achieve. The curved geometry required advanced coordination and was made possible through corner panel solutions and parametric façade design, demonstrating Dextall’s ability to execute highly complex architectural forms.

Where curves meet control
Zig-zag shadowboxes in motion

The façade is defined by a layered composition of perforated aluminum, corrugated textures, and bold shadowbox elements. The standout feature—a series of 6-inch zig-zag shadowboxes—creates depth, rhythm, and strong visual identity across the building.

Color variants

Warm copper

Aged and polished copper tones introduce warmth and richness, allowing the building to glow against its surroundings

Clean neutral
– RAL 7032 / 9003

Light neutral tones (RAL 7032 / 9003) offer a clean, modern alternative, emphasizing form and geometry

Architectural Highlights

• 16-story office and commercial building
• Complex curved and wavy geometry enabled through prefab corner panels
• Parametric perforated aluminum façade system
• Signature 6” zig-zag shadowbox detailing
• Two distinct color identities: warm copper vs. clean neutral
• Ground-level commercial activation with open, inviting spaces
• Green roof terraces connecting architecture with surrounding park

Material & Façade Expression

The project explores how aluminum and ACM systems can be pushed beyond flat planes into expressive, dimensional forms. Perforation patterns introduce lightness and transparency, while corrugated surfaces and shadowboxes create contrast and movement.
The surrounding city context is intentionally kept in muted grey-white tones—allowing this building to emerge as a visual focal point, a true architectural centerpiece within the urban landscape.

This project demonstrates how Dextall’s software-driven design and prefab systems empower architects to bring complex, curved, and highly expressive buildings to life—without sacrificing precision, efficiency, or constructability.
