Inspired by the form of a modern lighthouse, the tower features an illuminated central core that transforms its presence after sunset. Large expanses of glazing maximize daylight and views, while geometric ACM cladding introduces texture and architectural rhythm without overwhelming the façade.

Warm materials for a coastal setting

Two carefully selected material palettes offer distinct architectural expressions. A crisp white finish creates a clean, contemporary aesthetic, while warm wood accents introduce a relaxed, resort inspired character. Both demonstrate how material choices can completely redefine the same building while maintaining a unified design language.
