Ability to get cost estimates for each or entire Wall & Window systems

Due to the huge impact of cost estimates in the construction process, one of Dextall Studio’s most important goals is to bridge the gap between the design process and construction feasibility.

We are currently developing a fully robust automated cost estimating tools to provide the architects with >90% accurate cost estimates.

Many factors impact the cost estimation process, which we are considering within our tools, including: type of materials & cladding, labor cost (local rates), complexity of the building, location of site, and existing building & site condition (which is highly accurate due to our accurate LIDAR technology systems incorporated in Dextall Studio).
