    PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIST -Lithuania

    As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our Production Management team based in Lithuania. We invite a Production Technologist to join our team and contribute to project execution and further product development.

     

    Key tasks and responsibilities:

     

    ·       Technologically supervise, control, analyze, and improve existing production processes.

    ·       Collect and analyze production data to enhance efficiency.

    ·       Develop and implement new production processes.

    ·       Address problems related to production products and technological processes.

    ·       Technologically prepare new products and solutions for production, coordinating their introduction.

    ·       Analyze discrepancies in technological processes and prepare preventive measures.

    ·       Coordinate, organize, and control assigned projects and processes.

    ·       Offer suggestions for product improvement.

    ·       Prepare technological documentation for production.

    ·       Ration production operations and determine production time and material consumption standards.

    ·       Consult and train production workers.

    Requirements:

    ·       Skilled in SolidWorks, AutoCad, MS Office.

    ·       Proficiency in reading technical drawings.

    ·       Excellent English communication skills.

    ·       Deep knowledge of process development, improvement, and management.

    ·       Demonstrated initiative, result orientation, analytical thinking, thoroughness, responsibility, and independence.

    ·       Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

    ·       Ability and readiness to frequent business trips.

    3D Visualiser : LT

    We are expanding our internal design team based in Lithuania as part of our growth strategy. We invite a 3D Visualiser to join our design department team to contribute to project execution and further product development.

     

    Key tasks and responsibilities:

     

    ·     Building detailed 3D models based on architectural drawings, design sketches, or other project requirements.

    ·     Choosing and applying agreed materials and textures to represent the appearance of surfaces and objects accurately.

    ·     Setting up lighting within the scene to mimic natural or artificial light sources, enhancing the realism of the render.

    ·     Utilizing rendering software to produce final images or animations.

    ·     Enhancing renders using image editing software to adjust colors, contrast, brightness, and adding effects as necessary to achieve the desired final image

    ·     Staying updated with the latest in 3D modeling and rendering software, techniques, and technologies to ensure high-quality outputs.

    Requirements:

     

    Essential

    ·        Excellent knowledge of 3ds Max.

    ·        Excellent Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

    ·        Ability to understand and work with AutoCAD drawings.

    ·        A keen eye for detail and understanding of good composition.

    ·        Be able to work well in a team while being confident working unsupervised.

    Job Description:

     

    As a Project Manager for Dextall, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering our prefabricated exterior wall projects to the US market. You will work solo or lead project teams, ensure successful project completion, and maintain a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, communication, schedule management, and overall efficiency. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about construction, prefabrication, and driving excellence in every project.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    - Manage the entire project life cycle from inception to completion, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.

    - Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.

    - Monitor and control projects

    - Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFI’s, and closeout documentation.

    - Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, keeping them informed accordingly about project status and addressing any concerns.

     

    Qualifications:

     

    - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

    - 3+ years of design management and/or project management experience in the construction industry, with a focus on prefabricated exterior wall systems.

    - Strong knowledge of construction project management software and tools. Demonstrated ability to efficiently use it daily.

    - Excellent leadership and communication skills. Emotional intelligence.

    - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

    - Excellent English language skills in verbal and in writing.

    - Ability to understand technical problems and articulate ideas for clients and internal team

    - Any certification in project management would be an advantage

    Design Engineer : Lithuania

    We have developed a proprietary BIM solution that empowers architects, GCs, business owners, and developers to design and build smart, cost-effective, sustainable, beautiful buildings.

    Our solution is the most advanced and cost-effective exterior prefab option on the market—and the only BIM solution that utilizes the latest technology to save money, time, and recourses.

    We want to grow our internal design team for project execution and further product development. Currently, we are looking for a Design Engineer to join our design department team based in Vilnius.

     

    The mission

    •          To provide Dextall Clients with the best value product offerings for their buildings;

    •          To be 100% in charge of dedicated project design responsibilities and daily ongoing project execution.

     

    The main responsibilities

    •          Lead project and prepare shop drawings;

    •          The development of product design;

    •          The technical development of the Dextall IT tool (together with the IT team) for architects, general contractors, and other project stakeholders;

    •          The collaboration with the design team (external and internal) to offer the best engineering value solution for the project;

    •          Review fabrication drawings to confirm compliance with Architectural drawings, request for information, and incorporate changes;

    •          The preparation of technical specifications for the purchasing team;

    •          The development of the quality checklist to ensure the quality of design;

    •          To be part at the "learning lessons" - a tradition after each project.
